The objectives of the study were to examine: 1) the implementation status of the provincial/territorial health goals in each Canadian province/territory and regional health authority (RHA); 2) various limiting and enhancing factors associated with the implementation of the health goals in these jurisdictions; and 3) the ways in which the health goals were perceived to be influential in the study sample.
