- Sunscreen lotion
- Environmentally friendly soap and/or shampoo (for “baths” in the river)
- Hat/head protection for the day and the night (e.g. cap and wooly hat)
- 2 large towels and dress/shorts for sweat logdes
- Sleeping bag, pillow, warm cover and insulator or air mattress (lowest temperature could be 4C at night, highest 40C during the day)
- Wet wipes
- Hand sanitizer
- Small flashlight
- Bug spray
- Pocket knife
- Toilet paper
- Raincoat
- Warm coat (it can be 4C in the evening)
- Those who identify as female: light long skirts or dresses (community protocol, at all times), light long-sleeve t-shirts
- Those who identify as male: long trunks (sports), t-shirts
- Those who identify as gender fluid: there is some flexibility, please talk to the instructor
- Personal medicines
- Passport if you choose to go to Chief Mountain on Sunday
- A small tarp to be folded under your sleeping bag
- “Rescue food”: peanut butter, nuts, fruit, healthy crackers
- Any medicines you need
- Personal prayer ties if you decide to make an individual offering to the tree (this will be explained in the course)
