Facebook has already become one of the top social media marketing mediums for companies looking to engage with their target audience. Could it be that with Skype capabilities available on Facebook, companies will flock at an increased rate because they  can now engage with their consumers over an online phone? or maybe through a video chat?

Personally I believe the customer service and interaction capabilities of this partnership are endless. Technicians can help you fix something through a video call, and even better, if someone finds a product through your Facebook page they need to have right then and now a company can now easily take advantage of any potential impulse buys because when the company notices you are viewing a product they can either Skype call or Skype chat you to offer a personalized marketing pitch.
