Hi there, my name is Jason Lin, this blog is dedicated to my learning experience of GEOB 479 in the Spring of 2019.
This class is an advanced course on Geographic Information Science (GIS). Specifically, a research intensive class where I learned to apply ArcGIS into my research in a variety of fields ranging from Landscape Ecology, Crime Analysis, and Health Geography.
This blog showcases my learning experience throughout the school term, where I learned from different lecture topics, conducted multiple lab exercises, reviewed several current field researches, and conducted a crime analysis in St. Louis City for my final project.
