Walmart’s Value Propositions Treads on Thin Ice

To achieve its value propositions, which is to guarantee low prices and consumer satisfaction, Walmart excels in its values by creating efficient supply chain management and moving products from suppliers to buyers in a timely manner. However, the steady cutback on employees in early 2013 will seriously undermine the Walmart brand’s promise to its customers. When there aren’t enough people to work in the Walmart stores, inventory sits in the backstock, unable to get to the consumer. This harms society in two ways because the customer doesn’t get what they came for and Walmart’s supply chain flow is disrupted by inventory sitting in the back, creating inventory costs and empty shelf space. Moreover, with a decreased number of employees available to help customers, it will lose customer relationships. In fact, this resulted in Walmart being placed last in the American Consumer Satisfaction Index.

Having enough employees to work in the stores is a critical and essential factor for a discount supercenter like Walmart where it is busy and inventory moves off the shelves quickly. One way to save on costs is to increase employee efficiency by implementing employee achievement programs and upgrading break rooms so that each employee will be more motivated to help more customers and stock shelves faster when they are working. The better Walmart can keep up with its customer relationships, cost structure and value propositions, the more customers it will bring in and the better it will be at attaining a good balance of revenue and expenses.

  1. This I will go public no names no photos of anyone Dear Honorable Mr Sanders I have a problem with the Venice Walmart Walmart has a policy of Walmart employees that they can not have any relationships But with my problem Walmart is doing everything they can to block me from a certain employee at Walmart I care allot for I wanted to say a few words to her in the store and thats a real tough thing to do She responded back a few times to let me know her interests I seen her for a few years working there and finally had the nerve to try to communicate with her in the store The store manager knows I am a Sanders supporter She did show interests in me by responding The last hello which she responded back to me the one I care about probably was with manager and a little excited that I had interest in her and the manager heard that and went into a jealous rage and kicked me out with a 12 ban from the store Then I tried calling Walmart to find out how many months I am banned for the manager got the cops to call my house to tell me never to call the store again One time the manager sent cops to my house cause I sent her a few flowers saying I cared for her The one I had interest in did not call the cops that was all the managers doing The manager wants so bad to put dirt on my clean record so she can show the law she has the dirt so she can charge me with the stalking charge Then she lies to the cops she warned me a couple times The manager did not tell me nothing I know cause I heard her say she was trying to charge me with stalking thats a very serious charge But the cops did not go along with that So the manager and some of management put a 12 month ban on me from coming in the door of the Venice Walmart to block me from seeing the one I truely love You see the Walmart employee has to be very careful cause she gives me anything as little as a hello the manager will think shes a traitor and take steps to fire her Venice Walmart needs Bernie Sanders for things like this We all love Bernie and Florida is a tough state for Democrats But as far as the Republicans go Walmart unfair rules Walmart has no relations with employee to employee Which is bad enough Walmart going after customers whom they hate and give them a 12 month ban from coming into the store We all know Bernie is a busy person can you Can Bernie help me the one I love and many others that could have the same problem Doris Bledsoe
