I agree that Google creates an environment that encourages teamwork and innovation. Google’s environment and corporate culture is very different from Microsoft’s. The staff ranking system that Microsoft practices can have very negative effects on the incentives of employees. Google should keep up its good work and effective systems that boost its employee incentives.
