Want to be part of the most exciting UBC LFS FROSH event? We are currently looking for awesome people like you to apply to become the 2014 LFS FROSH Co Chair! LFS FROSH is an unforgettable introduction to the faculty of Land and Food Systems that allows incoming first-year students an opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with fellow classmates. The position term will run from February to September 2014.
As a FROSH Co Chair you will be hiring, organizing and overseeing the LFS FROSH planning committee. You will be setting achievable deadlines, providing assistance to, and being a first contact for all Executives on the planning committee.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Head of the entire LFS FROSH 2014 event • Hire and lead a planning committee to organize and run FROSH 2014 • Facilitate reimbursements and aid in budget management • Liaise with faculty and LFS|US to ensure successful execution of LFS FROSH • Recruit volunteers for the event • General management of volunteers • Be creative and HAVE FUN!
