Peter Wall Institute Presents: Can we eat fish in the future? Different tales from the world’s oceans – A musical and artistic performance
UBC’s Laptop Orchestra will present two works involving live instrument, electronic sounds and video projection which present different interpretations of the interplay between nature and humans with respect to oceans, fishing and the earth’s ecosystem.
In addition, researchers will develop scenarios about the future of seafood sustainability and explore the question: Do we have enough seafood to feed the world’s demand in the era of climate change?
