Group Media Project – Katie, Etel, Gladis, Yijia

We are planning to make a photographic comic book (“How new teachers survive their day with a 8oz cup”) first, then present it through a video with sound tracts on dialogue and music. Katie and Etel are going to take photographs and make the comic book using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; Gladis is going to our actor (main character of our comic book); Yijia is going to make the comic book into video form by using Adobe After Effects. As a group, we are all going to contribute ideas on the topic, script and sound effects. Our project is based on the skills of photography, visual literacy, understanding of narrative and dialogue, musical literacy and digital literacy.
