Gladis showed great care in presenting the material. She took thorough notes to better understand the concepts presented to her and asked many important questions to further clarify any confusion. When she presented, she maintained good eye contact and used the “text” to its fullest. Gladis learned and presented a fairly complicated process in a very short amount of time. I was very impressed with her lesson and memorization skills.
