Overall, I am very pleased about how my assignment was taught. Almost everything was perfect. I should have been more clear and had Sandy go through each line of the text and figure out the beat function syllables, rather than skipping to certain sections due to time constraints. If I did that, then Sandy would have developed a deeper understanding of the purpose of beat function syllables. Overall, I am very impressed with Sandy’s retention.
