Overall Jeremy did a good job on explaining absolute value to the group. Although it was a hard subject for him because of his tech-ed background, he seemed pretty confident in explaining the content. Also, he took time to explain the absolute value of positive numbers, negative numbers, decimals as well zero. I was amazed he explained the absolute value of a number through the mathematical term ‘x’. Also, he clarified students doubts too. Next time I should explain ‘number line’, which may help a teacher who has no math background.
