Outweek – Grad Student Board Games Night
THURSDAY FEBRUARY 7th, 7-11pm
Each February, UBC raises the Rainbow Flag in support of LGBQTTI students, faculty, and staff. Check our the Facebook event page here for a schedule of events organized by Pride UBC. [The Network] is hosting Board Games Night for grad students on Thursday, February 7th, 2013. We will have lots of games of various genres, from The Settlers of Catan to Scrabble to Taboo to Storming the Castle (the Princess Bride-themed board game…). Outweek – Queer U conference
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 9th, 9-6pm
A graduate student conference showcasing the research being done on gender(s) and sexuality(ies). Come support fellow grad students presenting their research, and/or learn more about what people are thinking right now on these topics… Bobby Noble is presenting as a keynote. The conference is followed by a wine and cheese reception!
