Admission Process
Please note that you must be nominated (deadline: April 10, 2023) by your exchange coordinator before we will send you a link to our online application form. Applications without nominations will not be processed.
Important Dates
- Nomination Deadline – April 10, 2023
- Online Application Deadline – April 24, 2023
- Single-person UBC Housing Application Deadline – May 1, 2023 (not guaranteed)
- Mandatory Orientation – Aug. 31 & Sept.1, 2023
- Classes Begin – September 5, 2023
