It makes sense, but I just want to be really sure before I buy my ticket home. Does anyone know?

That is indeed the final exams schedule for this term. It’s also tentative right up until the end of November (usually; I think the date is on the SSC when you look at your personal exam schedule), so it’s entirely possible that exam times can change.
That said, I haven’t personally had any exams change last-minute on me. It’s a risk worth taking depending on how nice and understanding you think your professors will be!
Log-in to your SSC (http://ssc.adm.ubc.ca/) and click on “Exams Schedule” on the front page to confirm.
It is real. However, it’s tentative–exam dates can still change.
