Usability study of an internet-based behavioural sleep intervention for children aged 6 to 12 months experiencing difficulties falling and staying asleep
The Better Nights, Better Days for Babies Study is looking for parents or caregivers of 6 to 12-month-old babies living in Canada to tell us how to adapt the original Better Nights, Better Days online program for babies! Participants will have access to the Better Nights, Better Days intervention for 10 weeks to help us find out what changes should be made to the Better Nights, Better Days behavioural sleep intervention for 6 to 12-month-old babies. We will ask you to complete a 20-minute before and after questionnaire, a 10-minute phone call, and a 30-minute exit interview.
All participants will receive a $25 Canadian gift card after completing the exit interview.

Sleep and Family Relationships Before and During the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Study of Okanagan Families with Preschool-aged Children
Are you a mother of a 2–5-year-old child living in Central Okanagan? We want to hear from you! Complete a 25–30-minute online questionnaire to help us find out how sleep and family relationships are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. To participate, go to:
