What are the benefits of participating in this study?:
As a result of participating in this research, you will be given the opportunity to learn more about your individual smartphone use. More specifically, upon completion of the study, we will provide you with individual feedback on how much time you spent per day using your smartphone in general and on how much time you spent per day using several popular social media and communication apps.
Will I receive any tangible rewards for participating in this study?:
Upon completion, teens will receive a $50 Amazon gift card, and adults will receive $75 for your participation ($20 for your participation in the initial test session, $30 for completing the surveys and wearing the sleep watch throughout the 7 days/nights of the study, and $20 for your participation in the follow-up test session).
