well, I wanted to comment on leer un pinche de libro’s blog, but the blog is too complicated and I can’t figure out how to comment so I’m doing it here (ha, I’m terrible with computers!). I really like your blog about Ursula. And just to add the mere state of being blind, is such an isolating and lonely state, another way Marquez finds to drive his poit home. I also see some similarities between blindness and the amnesia, as both disconnect you from the world, in ways that used to be familiar.
