Design an App
Keynote presentation software is a versatile tool designed by Apple that can be used across subject areas. At James Thompson Elementary School, grade 6 and 7 students used Keynote to produce an app for their biotech inquiry project. Students were responsible for researching whether three dimensional organ printing can solve problems associated with organ transplant. The apps created were used to summarize students’ research and represent their summative understanding.
