  1. Hi Family,

We are writing to you regarding an event Hogan’s Alley Society is hosting, in collaboration with other community members, organizations, and Black health practitioners. The event, BC Black Health Care Matters: A Conversation About Covid-19, intends on providing credible information to the Black community, about the covid-19 vaccine.

Prior to the event, we would like to invite you to a conversation, as we want to gain some insight about some of the concerns, Covid-19 impacts, or vaccine hesitancy your community members have expressed. This conversation will allow for us to curate the event in a way that addresses most of those concerns. The event is scheduled for May 8th 1 – 3PM PST.

This conversation is proposed for Sunday, May 2nd, 2PM – 4PM PST over zoom (details below). Should attending this conversation present some financial burden, please let me know, as we are able to provide a small honorarium. Additionally, if you’re unable to attend this pre-event conversation, we still want to hear from you, and can provide a form to capture your insights.
Please RSVP by responding to this email.

Looking forward to connecting, and please let me know if I can provide further details.
