The Vancouver Special is a student-led journal dedicated to exploring the ideas, conversations, and creative expressions shaping urban life. It aims to provide students from all disciplines a place to share their understanding, reflections, and experiences of living in urban settings. Diverse forms of urban expression, encompassing research, multimedia, and dialogue, are blended together to shape an explorative and inclusive urban planning publication.
The journal is produced and published by a passionate and dedicated collective of students a part of the UBC CAPACity club at the University of British Columbia.
