Sauder Academic Media Support is here to assist you with any and all of your academic media needs. We are equipped and staffed with experts to assist you in various ways, including but not limited to: handling your requests for live or recorded teaching in our Lightboard, Loft, or Greenscreen studios; helping you teach in our Learning Labs; working with you on your Zoom teaching; setting up and helping run hybrid academic events; producing your COMM debates or COMM student presentations; and providing all manners of assistance with Sauder classroom recordings.
Options for Recording Classes
Home Recording – On occasion, you may wish to record your teaching at home or somewhere other than our Vancouver campus.
Classroom Recording – All of Sauder’s classrooms are equipped with automated recording technology that records and uploads video/audio files to Panopto, where you decide what to do with them.
Sauder Studios – You may record a class in one of the Sauder Studios in the Henry Angus or David Lam building on our Vancouver campus.
Learning Labs – Our innovative Learning Labs encourage student collaboration and effective communication, all while recording activities should you wish.
Academic Events – We are able to support and record your live or hybrid academic events, where attendees and presenters may be in the room and/or Zoomed-in.
Video Assessments – If your teaching includes COMM debates or student presentations, we are able to assist you with your recordings.
