Great Student Presentations
Ruth and Diana also did a great job with their presentations today.
Diana presented on the different kinds of aphasia, and on apraxia of speech.
Ruth presented on how numbers can be affected in individuals with aphasia. She taught us that this could be for two different reasons.
- Because numbers are a part of language and aphasia affects language.
- Because aphasia affects general resources (e.g. attention, executive function) which are needed for numbers and language
