Work-Able: Graduate Internship Program

 Work-Able is a 12-month, paid internship with the BC Public Service for recent post-secondary graduates (within the last three years) who self-identify as having a disability. Each year, this unique program provides learning, coaching and mentorship to a group of up to 15 interns while they gain valuable skills and public service experience

  • Increased understanding of public service roles in the provincial government
  • Increased knowledge, skills, abilities and experience
  • Mentoring, coaching and support throughout their internship
  • Possible future employment opportunities in the provincial government
