My name is Priya and I am a part of the Equity Diversity and Inclusion committee with the University of Alberta’s Campus Food Bank.
My team is planning to create a survey to better understand our clients’ dietary needs and experience using our food bank and identify areas for improvement. We are curious to see if other university food banks have administered something similar to their own clients and how they’ve gone about doing so.
Does your campus food bank/food support service/food pantry conduct a client experience survey? If so, would you be willing to share this survey with us and/or any feedback or suggestions?
