About

Welcome!
First of all, I acknowledge that I live on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish First People.

I will use this page to engage with students who are interested in sharing their views and experiences in their beloved profession: teaching.

Teaching is a respected profession and the most enjoyable profession I could ever imagine. Since a month after my first university graduation, I have been teaching diverse university students. I have learned a lot from my students. I am still grateful and satisfied to continue learning and sharing experiences with like-minded people about this beloved profession.

Teaching helped me connect with very insightful, kind and humane scholars and teachers from every corner of the world. It is essential to have an online platform to share our ideas and have discussions, including what we do at schools. Therefore, we will use this page to share ideas and discussions in the courses I teach in the Faculty of Education at the University of British Columbia, where I am currently working as a sessional lecturer.

All ideas, opinions and comments are welcome, as long as they are respectful and inclusive. To regularly contribute as an author on this page, please feel free to send me an email. This page is accessible from anywhere. You do not need to have a UBC password or account on Connect to post your comments. The page is also mobile-friendly, and anyone can post comments.
