Have a question about what it is like to work as a children’s librarian or teen services librarian?  Want to get the information from a SLAIS graduate who is working in the field?  Want to have a fun evening with snacks where you can do all this?

Then come to the YAACS Life After Graduation Panel on Wednesday March 27th, 2013 at 6:00pm in the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre in Room 156.

We will have 5 youth services librarians there to answer any questions you may have about what it is like to work in the youth services field in libraries.

During this one hour panel event, speakers will discuss how we, as librarians and information professionals, can incorporate research projects into our professional practice, effectively use social media, become an advocate within the field, and find professional development opportunities.
