We are approaching our conference. Due to high popularity of the course (25 students) and because every student chose to do an individual project, we are going to have 25 presentations during the mini-conference. Fitting all the presentations into one day is clearly unrealistic. So, we have to use 1.5 days, April 12 (full day) and 13 (morning only).
Every presentation will have 20 minutes, 15 minutes for presenting and 5 minutes for answering questions. Presentations will be grouped by theme so that topic-wise related presentations will be scheduled next to each other. If you have any time conflicts for the times of the conference and want to make sure that your presentation is not conflicting with your other commitements, please notify Kosta as soon as possible, so that he can take this into account.
