Some users reported the following error when attempting to login to Connect (connect.ubc.ca):

We identified the cause of these errors.  There was a problem with the Shibboleth daemon on one of the nine Connect application servers.  We’ve removed that node from the load balancer pool to review the issue further.  We’ll return it to service once the Shibboleth daemon is restarted.
