This month’s March Mindfulness event, hosted by the EDST Graduate Academic Assistants (GAA), was a resounding success! The Flower Bouquet Making Workshop quickly reached full capacity and even had a waitlist—highlighting the incredible enthusiasm from students and staff alike.
For the first time, staff members also joined the event, making it a truly inclusive and enriching experience for the entire EDST community. The joy was palpable, as captured in the event photos—smiling faces, creative floral arrangements, and a sense of peace and relaxation filled the room.
One participant shared, “This is the best event—it was so therapeutic. It took all my stress away!” This sentiment resonated with many attendees, as the workshop provided a much-needed break from academic pressures, allowing everyone to focus on mindfulness and self-care.
