Mindfulness with Mahfida — Overview

Organized by EDST Graduate Academic Assistant Mahfida, the Mindfulness with Mahfida Series has offered monthly well-being events for graduate students since February 2025. As part of her broader efforts to build community and support student wellness, Mahfida has facilitated a variety of engaging and accessible mindfulness sessions.
