Toggl is an app that tracks the things you do. Since COVID-19, I think many teachers are spending an increased amount of time on screens as many of face to face meetings have been replaced with Zoom meeting,s and it is easy to lose track of time when you are on the computer, preparing lessons for students. It has 4 plans (3 of the plans require pay subscription), but I anticipate the basic (free) account may be sufficient to try and see if it provides concrete data that helps users find work-life balance.
The app is available on both Android and Apple devices and has a Desktop app.
