Teaching Effectively with Zoom

Hi all. Just something I wanted to bring to everyone’s attention as it might be useful in your teaching practice this Fall. A good friend recommended this book to me- it’s called Teaching Effectively with Zoom, by Dan Levy, a professor at Harvard. I haven’t cracked it yet but the early reviews are pretty positive. It’s a short read that covers a lot of ground with regards to online learning, and most importantly it really centers the student’s perspective, which I think is quite useful to us as educators. If you’re interested, you can find more info or place an order for the book online. If you’d like to learn more about the author, check out his twitter page.

I’m not affiliated with the author or the work in any way, just thought it would be a useful resource to pass along to the group. If you’ve come across any similar resources lately, feel free to post them in the comments!
