Hello there!
Am teaching in the Distributed Learning program at NIDES for the first time this term. Am quite enjoying it.
Recently moved from Vancouver to Qualicum Beach. Still adjusting.
Asking myself the following question, "What new career/life opportunities may come my way by combining MET, NIDES DL program and X?"
X may be Outschool, VR, solving global problems using Design Thinking or ..........?

Hi Toby,
I enjoyed reading about the Seek app and your reflection and analysis about the advantages and shortcomings of the app as well as other areas of education that this technology could be suited for. I can see this type of app being very beneficial, especially for older learners who are more likely to have their own device. I can also see myself using Seek with my grade 1’s, and having something like this would be a great motivator to do more lessons outside.
