Storing Text O’Donnell and history

The Royal library of Alexandria was part of a larger assembly of buildings as part of the Museum of Alexandria and much like our universities was meant to be a meeting place where thinkers could be immersed in their research to explore, to experiment and to discuss wondrous theories. Even with today’s centralization of knowledge on the Internet, we can still learn a few lessons. One would be not to ‘put all our eggs in the same basket’ so to speak. There will always be destructive forces that either aim to have sole control or to destroy what others have built. Having the foresight to situate ‘alternative copies’ in various locations whether in physical or ethereal locals as back up could only be considered wise planning for sustaining future knowledge building.
The changes in the Christian church seem to have come about as results of human nature gone astray. Power and prestige along with possible financial gain have a history of playing havoc. Some may see the change to ‘scripted drama’ as guidance from the leadership or the goal of providing a uniformity of the Christian message to the masses so as not to have anyone challenge the leadership or cause division.
