Here’s the third assessment form. This one is only for the assignment #2, the video documentary. Please use this form to submit the original location of the video, I will use this information to centralize your work in the ETEC540 You Tube channel. In the following days I will send you feedback on your video in the same order in which I’ll receive this form. This feedback won’t include a mark, and you can use it to improve your video if you decide to. I will receive your forms for feedback until July 13.
