The Toronto Public Health provides free dental health services for eligible individual who are current residents of Toronto, do not have any dental insurance coverage and financially cannot afford to pay for dental treatments. Public health dental hygienists provide free preventative dental care to eligible children and seniors who would not otherwise have access to dental care.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Diploma in Dental Hygiene
• Licensed by the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario
• Extensive work experience especially with children, seniors and special needs.
• Proficiency in English.
