Alibaba: From the Bottom to the Top

Recently, Ali submitted the application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, planning to go public in April in the United States, lists the name as “Avatar”.

Going public in the United States is not only an important step in Ali’s international strategy, but also a key step for Ali to explore the American market. Currently, Ali’s influence is still confined to the Chinese living area. In the international market, the awareness, visibility, branding is far smaller than Amazon, eBay and other American companies. Going public in the United States market could make Ali become the world’s best-known Internet brand.

But a decade ago, Alibaba was the China’s Internet Company, which suffered the most criticism, and Jack Ma, who sold Ali everywhere, was a liar in many people’s hearts.

However, not supposed to be optimistic also put Ali into a good situation: Since experts are not optimistic about the industry, Alibaba will disappear very soon – many people would think so. The result was when Alibaba did the platform promotion, far fewer people came in and competed with them, which made Alibaba develop smoothly and quickly.

No matter now or in the future, the greatest record of IPO that Alibaba created will be a great milestone.
