About the GRIP (Goal Regulation in Individuals and Partners) Study

We are inviting couples from the community to participate in the GRIP study. The primary purpose of this study is to examine how partners navigate their lives and pursue valued goals. The results of our study will help us to understand how partners can help each other to accomplish together what might be difficult to realize alone.

We conduct research that examines the influences of social relationships and motivational processes on well-being and health across the adult lifespan.
