Job Title: Open Educational Resources Project Assistant

Wage: $20 per hour (35 hour weeks, 14 weeks)
Job Summary – Undergraduate Academic Assistant, Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering
The primary duty of this position is to assist a project focusing on improving professional skills development in the Chemical Engineering (CHML), Chemical & Biological Engineering (CHBE) and Environmental Engineering curriculums (ENVE). The project is focusing on a number of skills including communications, teamwork, ethics, equity, life-long learning, and project management. There is a strong focus on laboratory and design courses. This is the first year of this three-year project, with this year focusing on improving skill development in second-year courses.
The position may also work with other summer education grants in the department, notably one looking to integrate sustainability, process control and safety into the 4th year capstone design course.
