Human population is growing and the increasing demands of our industrial processes and urbanized systems have put a strain on our environment and health. Join us for insights on what we can do as individuals and as a society to access healthy and sustainable food sources while learning about local, national, and international food security.

Panel Members:

Stephanie Lim: Coordinator, Renfrew Collingwood Food Security Institute (Local and Community Food Security Initiatives)

Karly Pinch: Farmer and coordinator for the Vancouver Urban Farming Society

Jill Guerra: MA, interdisciplinary background. Research focus on the intersection of sustainable agriculture initiatives, food security & poverty reduction (focus in Latin America)
