Drew

Drew is a graduate student at UBC pursuing a Master's of Engineering Leadership in Clean Energy Engineering. Born and raised in Calgary, Drew is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys camping, dirt biking, snowboarding, and pretty much anything else that gets him outside. His passion for the outdoors motivated Drew to complete an undergrad in environmental science at the University of Windsor. Upon completing his degree, Drew worked in the environmental consulting field (pun intended) reclaiming oil and gas sites around Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan. Recently his focus has shifted to clean energy generation which is how he became involved with BC Hydro. As a Capstone student, Drew will assist the category management team in creating an interactive, unified dashboard to track project timelines, facilitate collaboration, and increase transparency. His experience with Tableau Desktop, data manipulation, and project management will aid him in creating a dashboard that will enhance the category management processes and ultimately the supply chain of BC Hydro.
