The concept of entrepreneurship interests me greatly. It depicts the innovation and ideas a person can have. I have always had a desire to become an entrepreneur. According to me, transforming dreams into reality is what an entrepreneur does. Many ideas have crossed my mind but I lack courage and confidence to take those ideas up and make it large. While reading an article about Facebook’s CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, I came to know that a man who is not even 30 years old yet, ranks as No. 21 on the Forbes Rich List. Also, shares of his 10-year-old company are up about 130 percent over last year. (1)
This article has made me understand that one should never under estimate oneself. Business without risk is like a car without wheels. Therefore, I feel that instead of running away from the fear of failure, one must take up the initiative of giving a chance then only a business can be set up. If everyone would live in the safe zone, where they prefer not doing something innovative to prevent the risk of failure, then there would be no innovation in the world and the world would not progress. Some people who demonstrate courage by taking up a new idea and building on it from scratch and make new products for consumers are the ones who make the world progress, and according to me, these people are called ‘Entrepreneurs’. Reading articles about great entrepreneurs, I desire to become an entrepreneur soon in my life.
