Join us for bowling with other queer grad students, post docs, and professional students at Grandview Lanes Bowling Centre. This is a great chance for us to get to know each other in a less bar-like environment. Feel free to invite friends, or even put together your own group and bowl in the lane next to us. Pizza, burgers, and drinks are available at their restaurant if desired, or just focus on the athletic rigor of bowling.
Where: Grandview Lanes Bowling Centre. Commercial Dr. and East 6th Ave., a few blocks North of Commercial skytrain station.
When: Friday, November 18, 8:00 p.m. Be there a bit early to rent shoes.
Cost: ~$5 per game, plus $3 shoe rental (plus tax)
