The world does not change but takes different shapes of the same thing.  I am really curious about what the base point is that all of this is built upon.  is this pyramid inverse? Built upon a small fine point, yet unstable.  The education system is this inverse pyramid, small governing bodies setting legislation for a large number based on the current trends.
