Hybrid Events

Hybrid Events blend in-person teaching with online participants or guest lecturers via Zoom. These events can be hosted in any classroom with a technician on hand to:

Operate the media system and manage slides, Zoom, and cameras
Adjust views for online students (slides, room view, document camera, etc.)
Join the Zoom call for you, so you can focus on teaching

For a smooth experience:

Share your Zoom link and event details in advance
Request any extra microphones or loaner laptops when booking
Send lecture materials ahead of time for testing
If using your own laptop, we recommend a quick compatibility check before the session

This setup is flexible, allowing different layouts and views to create an engaging experience for both in-person and online learners.
