Brief :

The specific nature of our partnership has us remaining very flexible when it comes to what kind of projects we might be working on, as well as what kind of schedule will be set (if any) when working with Scott. For these reasons, our project outline covers broadly what might take place over the next few months.

 

Project Outline :

 

Cag Auction : DEADLINE NOV 1

  • Prepare and organize a work in an edition of 250-300 for the CAG auction.
    • Various small tasks needed to be completed from ink stamping to sanding down boxes / other organizational roles.

 

Copystand Work : DEADLINE FLEXIBLE

  • Prep Photo Slides for Documentation
  • Light and photograph slides from previous work for archives and further developments.

 

Public Art Proposal : DEADLINE EARLY NOVEMBER

  • PS work to create presentation images
  • Assemble presentation binders and digital packages

 

Various Photo / Art Tasks : DEADLINE VARIABLE

  • Assist with finalizing new “Transit” Image
  • Assist with online presence
  • Visioning for Pixel Screen Scotopic works for NY
  • Site location scouting at SFU
  • Working on various Applications and Submissions
  • Assist on various photo shoots
  • Other various projects that might come up
  • Give feedback and suggestions when requested

 

Further Considerations :

Ariel and Mackenzie will both be working with Scott over the course of the term, however it is understood that as we have varying schedules that the roles and ways in which we interact may vary to ensure that we can all get the most out of this partnership. We both are very excited for what is to come and will have a better idea of how it will work out once we get started on some projects.
