2.-Aging-PopulationAccording to the CBC news, the percentage of the age of 64 people in Canada is increasing now. People are getting older and this not only causes problems to our society but also affects the economy in the country.

One country needs different types of labor forces to support and develop its economy. In another word, young people who have jobs decide the direction of the country’s future. They need to create enough value for their government to make sure that all the systems of this country are on their right tracks. Therefore, the aging population problem gives the country invisible pressure.

Actually, aging population problem is commonplace all over the world but different countries have different ways to solve this problem. As far as I am concerned, the aging population problem also has its positive effects. Because of the oversupply of job positions and the manpower shortage, each person has more opportunities to find the job that suits him or her best. When the employees feel that they are doing valuable job, they can create more value for the company and the society. Besides, the shortage of manpower promotes the cooperation of countries and the government can also learn some merits from other places. Moreover, governments can attract different talents to form their cooperation and all of these can help one country’s development.

Like Protagoras has said, there are two sides to every question. So sometimes, we need to find the good part of the question and fix the bad part to make the question beautiful.
