We need to hire 1 new prep shift leader next semester, possibly even 2! The day of when the leader(s) would be managing is still in the works, but it would be from 3:30-6:30 on either M, W, TH. This is a great opportunity for those looking for leadership experience, and getting more involved with food prep at Agora. The role requires conducting and participating in a weekly prep shift, delegating tasks to 2-3 volunteers to make soup or frittata. Activities include, but are not limited to, following a recipe, washing, prepping and cooking vegetables, blending, cooling/freezing of finished product, washing dishes, and general cleaning typically required in a commercial kitchen. It is necessary to have Food Safe Level I.
