The folks at BIT have written a blog post about their work with East Toronto Health Partners. The project was intended to incorporate behavioural science into their Community Health Ambassador program to help encourage folks to take advantage of free cancer screenings. As part of the project, they realized that non-English speaking communities have different concerns and barriers when it comes to these programs. So, they partnered to create behaviourally-informed conversation guides for folks speaking a variety of languages. Learn more about the project.
